About

 Wyatt brings experience since 1999 of assisting clients for their purchase, refinance, and building needs. Specialize in FHA, VA, USDA, Construction, Renovation, All In One, and Conventional mortgage lending. Wyatt joined NextMortgage in 2021 and serves as Regional Sales Manager of the Company's Bismarck, ND location. Prior to his current position, he served in a variety of leadership positions for a major national bank where he received many awards. He was awarded top selling manager in 2007, 2008, & 2009, award winner in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, & 2020 along with the top unit and volume producer in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, & 2019. Top 1% in the Nation for Mortgage Loan Originators in 2019 & 2020. In March 2016, Wyatt was named Top Loan Producer in North Dakota for volume and units from National Mortgage News. Wyatt is an affiliate member for the Board of Realtors and since 2015 a Homes for Heroes lending specialist. Wyatt has worked as a referee and coach for youth athletes to NCAA since 1994, as well as a local sponsor for wrestling clubs and the local speedway. Wyatt works closely with clients to ensure the overall customer experience is always at an elite level. Our business goal is not only to keep clients coming back for future business but also to speak to family members, friends, and co-workers about the outstanding customer experience they had with NextMortgage.

 

About Scott Louser

Scott is the Broker / Owner of the company and has been licensed in North Dakota since 1997. He was named NextHome's Excellence Award winner for 2019, the highest individual honor granted by the company.  Scott served as the Vice President for the National Association of Realtors in 2012 and was honored as the North Dakota Realtor of the Year in 2006. Scott is also elected to serve in the North Dakota House of Representatives, serving district 5 in Minot and as the 2019-20 Assistant Majority Leader by his peers. Scott’s expertise profile includes the CRB, CRS, GRI, ePro, SFR, ABR and ABRM designations as well as having earned a Master’s Degree in Management from Minot State University. Scott volunteers his time to the Minot Hockey Boosters Board of Directors and has served on the Minot State Board of Regents, Minot State Alumni Association, the Souris Valley United Way, the Minot Young Professionals Network and multiple community task forces and committees.  Mostly though, Scott enjoys coaching his daughters' soccer, tball, softball and basketball teams and golfing with his son.
