Scott was above all of the expectations that I had and more.
It started with me mentioning to him what I was looking for in a purchase. He called me with a four-plex that hadn’t hit the market. We wrote up and offer and had an acceptance in a few hours. This is an example of having a relationship with your realtor especially one that had connections and has been in the business for as long as he has been. Not only did he set me up with exactly what I was looking for but he problem solved and physically went to the bank for me to get a closing done in a different state that needed some quick action. His knowledge from experience helped so much because the realtors I had in another state were not very good so his expertise ensured that sale got done too. He didn’t have any benefit from that but just went above and beyond to help this process be so much easier for me. He has helped with his knowledge, connections, and hard work. After trying to sell jury home on north hill we’re we lived and raised our family for 53 years our granddaughter recommended mr Lousers real estate sales company to do the job.
After he discussed the details with us he went to work taking numerous photos and putting them on the internet with complete details of the house and lot. Shortly after we reduced our asking price the activity began, numerous tours were conducted and shortly after an offer was made with several requests some of which were agreed to and we assumed closing costs, which turned out to be higher than we expected. Never the less Scott closed some cost loopholes and the sale was made. My failing health and winter coming on the sale made sense. The amount of effort and time put into selling a house in Minot’s current market has not gone unnoticed and will forever by appreciated. Scott’s communication and straight forward attitude made everything easier and kept what could have been unexpected with another realtor expected. We left Minot to Iowa after I separated from the Air Force in 2016. When the market went south in 2016 we decided to rent for a few years to hopefully recover equity. Our renters ended up leaving a lot of damage and stuff behind that made the house impossible to sell. After they moved out I did what I could to get the house ready for sale, but wasn’t able to finish everything. Without renters and amid COVID we fell behind on trying to make payments on two homes and he saved us from foreclosure. Scott is someone who will roll up their sleeves literally to get the job done. His own mom painted our cabinets for us. His brother in law and Scott pulled the old carpet. When we got a low ball offer he gave us his recommendation and advocated for us to get the offer he quoted us at. In short, he took care of everything and if I had family or friends still in North Dakota I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Scott.

Scott did a great job of being available to show us homes around our schedule as we lived 100 miles from Minot, once we found a home he was able to get us early access to the garage to start moving in early and also was able to get the carpet cleaners in a day before closing so we were able to move in on our closing day.

Scott assisted my 82 year old mother in finding a condo and selling her home of 37 years.
He went ABOVE and BEYOND what another realtor would have done. He was knowledgable in all areas. He loaned us his trailor for moving when the movers cancelled, constantly reassured my parents, and walked us through each step of both the buying and selling process. We had many legal issues as well and he did a fabulous job of working with our lawyer. Scott is a professional by any definition. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for his clients.
